TCA Litter Registration Request Form

Please fill all the fields that you can so that we can provide a complete and accurate registration of your litter. Your Litter Registration and Kitten Application certificates will be placed in the mail within 2 weeks. 

Please allow for mailing time. We will send you an email of all the data you have entered on this form,  after you submit it. Please review that email as soon as you can so you can identify any corrections before we complete your registration. If you make an error in the data entered here, we will correct it in our system at no charge, but you will have to pay for any re-issue of certificates. 

Enter your information about yourself, your litter including full parentage of your Sire and Dam here. Your Litter Registration and Kitten Application certificates are sent through the US mail, therefore, your most current mailing address is required.  All initial communications is done via email, so that is the reason we ask for an accurate email address. 

If we have any questions, we will first email you the question. If we cannot get a response, then we may also call you on the phone for the same reason. If we are still unable to get a response, then you will get our best interpretation. Any changes after that are at your expense. We do not sell this information to anyone.

If you are registering a Litter, and already have a TCA registered cattery, then you only need to enter your first and your last name and your cattery name here. However, if you have changed your address or your email recently, you must let us know via those fields.

If the Sire or Dam is registered with TCA, then you only need to add their name and full registration number. We will register it with the priority of using the registration number first. We require that you provide the correct and complete name of the sire and dam, as opposed to their nickname. This should include the cattery names provided at the time of their registration.

The proper TCA registered cattery name/s is/are added automatically as part of our registration process. Cattery names not registered with TCA cannot be used.

Any sires or dams not registered with us must have their complete information provided by you including their breed, coat color, coat pattern, date of birth, eye color. No exceptions.

When you are complete entering all the data on this page, you will be automatically sent to a confirmation page that also has a PayPal button that supports the PayPal online electronic payment system.  This is completely secure, and provided through If you plan to pay for this through other means, then just click on a link to the left where you want to go next, and the PayPal process will be skipped.

If alternate payment plans are being used, then please tell us in the comments section.  If you are using a business PayPal, then include your registration name in the comments section with PayPal, as there are no other direct connections to your name with that manner of payment. If we do not receive your payment within two weeks, and hear nothing from you regarding it, we will treat it as abandoned. Any checks or mail orders must be in US funds. NON-US Check Issues: US banks require a 9 digit routing code. Recently we have received Canadian checks with only 8 digits, and they have been returned for a Cashiers check or Money order.

Any certificates mailed by us and lost in the mail will be replaced within 30 days of receipt at no charge. After that it will be treated the same as a new registration.
